His practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning & Asset Protection, Incapacity Planning & Guardianships, and serving adults and children with disabilities.

Before pursuing his legal career, Brian dedicated himself to social service, serving children, adults, and families across Western North Carolina.

This extensive experience equips him with the insight needed to address the holistic needs of clients dealing with capacity limitations. Moreover, Brian’s background allows him to effectively manage relationships within the public, private, and nonprofit sectors of service providers, ensuring clients have access to a wealth of community resources.

Brian is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina, offering his legal know-how to a broader community of clients.
